The Statewide Safe Baby Court Team has finalized the Best Practice Standards (BPS) for Tennessee’s Safe Baby Courts and will roll out training beginning later this month. The goal of the BPS is to provide consistency and fidelity to this work. The training will be offered virtually on three separate dates and trainees are asked to choose the date that works best with their respective schedules. CLE will be offered.
The intended audience for this training includes SBC judges, magistrates, coordinators, attorneys, other court staff involved with SBC, CASA, DCS staff, service providers, and other community stakeholders.
